Maintenance RoleMadden Industrial Craftsmen is looking to fill a Maintenance role for their client located in Forest Grove, OR. Job Title: Maintenance Wage: $30.00+ per hour (depending on experience) Schedule: Primarily Graveyard Shift | Flexibility Required for Emergencies Job Summary: Seeking a reliable and experienced Food Industry Maintenance Mechanic. This role involves the maintenance of food processing machinery, PLC machinery and installs.Key Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery.Maintenance on hydraulic and pneumatic systems, conveyors and PLCsWelding for repairs and installsBasic electrical troubleshooting, gearboxes, motors.Respond to maintenance related emergencies during or outside of regular working hours as neededMaintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspectionsEnsure compliance with safety and codesQualifications:Proven experience in maintenance or a similar roleAbility to read and understand technical documents, blueprints, and repair manualsStrong communication skillsComfortable working with outside vendors and contractorsAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks effectivelyBasic computer skills for logging maintenance activities and email communicationsWork Conditions:Primarily day shift work with occasional need for after-hours availability during emergenciesHands-on work in a food manufacturing environmentPhysical ability to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting, climbing, and operating tools
