You’re responsible for prospecting, penetrating, and growing relationships within your territory Build relationships with HR leaders, hiring managers, and executive decision-makers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, in-person meetings, and networking events Manage active client accounts, ensuring delivery, maintaining relationships, and expanding your footprint Partner with our recruiting team to fill temporary and permanent placement opportunities for your clients Build your personal brand. You win together and pick each other up What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree required Some sales experience or relevant business exposure. This could be a sales internship, campus leadership role, customer‑facing job, or any experience where you had to persuade, prospect, or build relationships Strong business acumen and a genuine interest in people, organizations, and the talent market No prior staffing experience required. We’ll teach you the industry; you bring the drive Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission. Our commission structure is among the best in the staffing industry. Compensation & Earnings Year1 OTE: $70K-$80K Year2 OTE: $80K-$100K Year3+ OTE: $100K+ Top producers have earned well over $250,000 Your effort directly determines your income. There is no ceiling.
