Salary: USD30 - USD40 per hour Position Overview Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support their client's Risk Department in Orange County, California. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of risk management processes and requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities Review incident reports relating to property damage. Navigate incident management software to access claims. Document collection efforts: upload and organize expenses from property management software into claim packets for subrogation. Ability to organize a calendar to track claims and create a diary system for follow-up. Communicate with insurance companies on claim packets and negotiate recovery. Communicate with accounting revenue department and site leaders on the status of collection efforts. Assist Risk Management with special tasks and projects, including risk management ad hoc reports relating to claims and recovery. Required Work Hours The position operates during the first shift.
