Project Manager

Project ManagerWe are seeking a Project Manager to join our team and manage construction projects from conception to completion.This Project Manager role will be based out of the O'Fallon, MO office.ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality controlDevelop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and progress reportsCollaborate with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project successEnsure compliance with project plans, specifications, and regulatory requirementsMonitor and manage project risks and implement mitigation strategiesProvide leadership and mentorship to project teamsDrive innovation and continuous improvement in project management practicesOther duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field5+ years of experience in construction and heavy civil industryStrong project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality controlExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyKnowledge of industry regulations and safety standardsEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities
