Courtyard Village at Raleigh Hills is seeking a passionate and driven Director of Marketing to lead occupancy efforts. You’ll develop and execute marketing strategies, build meaningful referral relationships, give community tours, and guide new residents through the move-in process — all while embodying Artegan’s mission of Celebrating the Art of Life!

•       Drive occupancy. Develop and execute a marketing plan with clear goals, daily schedules, and measurable targets to achieve full occupancy.

•       Build referral relationships. Cultivate and maintain connections with physicians, discharge planners, hospitals, social service agencies, and other community partners.

•       Lead tours and move-ins. Conduct tours for prospective residents and families, evaluate suitability in partnership with the Executive Director, and manage all admission paperwork and move-in coordination.

•       Manage advertising and events. Plan and coordinate community events and advertising campaigns (print, digital, and local outreach) to raise awareness and generate leads.

•       Track and report. Maintain CRM (20+ hrs/week), monitor conversion metrics, and deliver regular marketing reports to leadership.

•       2+ years of marketing or sales experience with a proven leasing/conversion track record

•       Warm, upbeat personality with genuine passion for serving older adults

•       Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines

•       Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software (CRM experience a plus)

•       Valid driver’s license, reliable insured vehicle, and willingness to travel in the local community

•       Experience in healthcare, assisted living, or senior care strongly preferred

Full-time * Travel required

* Salary negotiable based on proven experience; $90,000-$95,000

* Additional Lucrative Bonus Structure
