Is fully competent in all facets of construction, erecting, stripping, and/or repairing structures of steel, wood, or plywood. Roles and Responsibilities The Carpenter General Foreman will possess competency in the following areas in order to perform his/her role in a safe, productive, and effective manner. Directs and Oversees Staff Plans, Coordinates, and Delegates Work Ensures a Safe Work Environment Participates in Training/Certifications Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of related experience and/or training, including reading and interpreting construction documents. Compensation for this position is expected to range from $73,077 to $95,000 annually. Actual compensation offered may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, training, skills, certifications, geographic location, market conditions, and business needs. In addition to base compensation, eligible co-workers may participate in company-sponsored benefits, which may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement savings plans, and other company-sponsored benefit programs, subject to plan terms and eligibility requirements.
