Quality Inspector

Position Title: Quality Inspector - Temporary

Wage: 19.00/Hour

Shift: 1st Shift

Hours: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM

Join our team in Wausau, WI as a Temporary Quality Assurance Inspector and play a key role in ensuring every product meets the highest standards. If you have a sharp eye for detail, caliper and tape measure experience, and take pride in delivering accurate, dependable work, we'd love to have you on our team.

Quality Inspector Responsibilities:

- Perform quality inspections on manufactured parts and assemblies

- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

- Verify dimensions using measuring tools including calipers and tape measures

- Identify and document quality issues or non-conforming products

- Work closely with production personnel to ensure quality standards are maintained

- Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation

- Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Requirements for Quality Inspector:

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawing

- Ability to accurately read a tape measure

- Experience using calipers and other measuring instruments

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

- Good communication and organizational skills

- Manufacturing or quality assurance experience preferred

- Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the workday

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary

- Ability to perform repetitive inspection and measurement tasks
