Dynamic Home Health is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Office Receptionist to join our Las Vegas team! We are an established, family-owned home health agency dedicated to helping patients receive quality care in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls, direct calls, and take accurate messages.
• Greet visitors and provide professional, courteous customer service.
• Manage incoming and outgoing faxes, emails, and office correspondence.
• Assist with data entry, filing, scanning, and maintaining organized records.
• Receive and route incoming patient referrals and documents to the appropriate team members.
• Provide administrative support to office staff, nurses, therapists, and other field clinicians.
• Assist with scheduling, follow-up calls, and general office coordination as needed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
• Help ensure the front office remains organized, professional, and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred.
• Healthcare or medical office experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and telephone etiquette.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with computers, email, and basic office software.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and work independently.
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, electronic medical records, or home health operations is a plus.
