You will bring a proven track record of delivering year-over-year business results, strong organizational skills, and the capacity to manage high workloads. You will help create the Product Strategy and then guide cross-functional partners across Merchandising, Design, Development, and global teams through the creation process. Being curious is a must as you'll take athlete*/consumer insights and translate them into compelling seasonal product strategies and briefs, drive accountability to key milestones, and bring market-leading products to life that meet financial, quality, and innovation goals. Above all, you should be a resourceful, adaptable teammate with a passion for serving athletes* and building strong partnerships across the Client.Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Merchandising, or related field. Possess a strong desire to learn about new consumers, ideas, and opportunities.Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 15%What You'll Work OnAs a part of the Global Accessories product creation team, you'll be responsible for creating and commercializing bags chassis & Sportswear Expression. This role involves leading and owning all aspects of the product creation process, ensuring profitability while delivering innovative solutions to meet athlete* needs. The candidate will work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive the offense. They will collaborate with Global Accessories product management partners, merchandising, design, development, and sourcing from line planning through final product approval. They will research products, athletes*, and the marketplace, manage product creation workflow and data, maintain product tools, and effectively collaborate across functional partners.
