Job Title: Payroll Analyst
Location: Brea, CA, 92821
Pay Rate: $39/hr on W2
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to manage complex, multi-state and multi-country payroll processing, ensure payroll accuracy, maintain compliance, and resolve employee payroll issues.
Responsibilities:
- Process payroll, off-cycle payments, adjustments, and final pay.
- Ensure compliance with payroll tax laws and regulations.
- Audit payroll records and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate employee payroll data and reports.
- Support payroll system improvements and process standardization.
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or business, or 7+ years of related payroll experience.
- 5+ years of complex, multi-state payroll processing experience.
- Knowledge of U.S. payroll; Canada and LATAM experience preferred.
- Experience with ADP, Workday, SAP, or Dayforce preferred.
- Spanish or Portuguese language skills are a plus.
