We're Hiring: Payroll Specialist (Mid-Level)
Location: Brea, CA 92821 – On-site
Contract Duration: 4+Months
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to support the Pay & Benefits delivery team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry, maintaining payroll-related information, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and timely data entry related to payroll administration.
- Support the Pay & Benefits team with daily administrative tasks.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist with assigned payroll-related activities and other administrative duties as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in payroll administration, data entry, or related administrative support.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Brea, CA.
