Healthcare Customer Service Representative

A-Line Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Healthcare Customer Service Representative. This role offers career growth, a supportive work environment, and full-time hours (40+ per week). Location: Louisville KY 40222 – 100% on-site. Payrate: $18/hr. Required Availability: Full-Time | Monday – Friday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM/10:00 AM–7:00 PM. SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS The Healthcare Customer Service Representative will provide excellent service to both internal and external customers. This role involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, providing follow-up support, and researching issues to help resolve customer concerns. This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs. Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance. A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates. RESPONSIBILITIES Answer customer inquiries by phone and email. Take and process customer orders. Provide timely follow-up services and support. Research and troubleshoot customer questions and problems. Assist internal and external customers with requests of varying complexity. Communicate professionally and effectively with customers and team members. Maintain a high level of customer service and interpersonal skills. REQUIREMENTS Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days. Previous customer service experience in a healthcare setting is required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
