You will work directly with contractors, building owners, and other project stakeholders to understand their needs, evaluate project requirements, develop HVAC solutions, prepare estimates, and turn opportunities into profitable projects.The right candidate understands commercial HVAC systems and is comfortable combining technical knowledge with relationship-driven sales.What You'll DoBuild relationships with general contractors, building owners, and commercial customersIdentify and pursue new design-build HVAC opportunitiesMeet with contractors and customers to evaluate project needsReview drawings, specifications, building requirements, and project scopesDevelop HVAC system concepts and project solutionsPrepare estimates, proposals, and pricing for commercial projectsCoordinate equipment, material, labor, and subcontractor pricingPresent solutions and proposals to customersNegotiate project scope and pricingWork with project management and operations teams during project turnoverMaintain an active pipeline of commercial opportunitiesWhat You Bring2 or more years of commercial HVAC sales, estimating, design-build, or related experienceStrong working knowledge of commercial HVAC systemsExperience reading construction drawings, plans, and specificationsAbility to develop estimates and project proposalsStrong customer-facing and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage multiple opportunities and projects simultaneouslyValid driver's license with an insurable driving recordAbility to work in-office daily and travel locally as neededRelevant industry experience is more important to us than specific certifications.
