Commercial HVAC Equipment Sales SpecialistCrystal Heating and CoolingGreater St. Louis Area, SEMO, and surrounding communitiesCompensation: Base salary plus uncapped commission based on sales performanceSchedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday with flexibility based on customer appointmentsWork Location: In-office daily with regular local customer and job site visitsTurn Commercial HVAC Needs Into the Right SolutionsWhen a commercial HVAC system is aging, unreliable, or no longer meeting the needs of a facility, customers need someone who can help them determine what comes next.Crystal Heating and Cooling is hiring a Commercial HVAC Equipment Sales Specialist to develop and close equipment replacement and upgrade opportunities throughout our commercial market.You'll work directly with business owners, property managers, facility managers, and other decision-makers to understand their HVAC needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and guide projects from the initial conversation through the sale.Your RoleIdentify opportunities for commercial HVAC equipment replacements and upgradesDevelop business with new and existing commercial customersMeet with customers at their facilities to understand equipment needsEvaluate existing systems and discuss available optionsRecommend solutions based on the customer's facility, priorities, and budgetPrepare pricing and professional proposalsPresent recommendations and answer customer questionsFollow up consistently on open proposalsNegotiate and close commercial HVAC salesCoordinate sold work with installation and operations teamsDevelop repeat and referral businessMaintain accurate pipeline and customer recordsQualificationsWe 're looking for someone who brings commercial HVAC knowledge and the confidence to work directly with customers.Ideal candidates will have:Commercial HVAC sales, service, equipment, or related industry experienceKnowledge of commercial HVAC systems and applicationsConsultative sales and relationship-building skillsAbility to explain technical recommendations in customer-friendly termsStrong proposal presentation and closing skillsExcellent organization and follow-throughValid driver's license with an insurable driving recordAbility to work from the office and travel throughout the local service areaRelevant commercial HVAC experience is valued more heavily than specific industry certifications.Benefits and PerksBase salary plus uncapped commission100% employer-paid medical, dental, and health insurance for employeesThree weeks of paid vacationESOP participation after one yearCompany-provided laptop and cell phoneEstablished customer base and company reputationSupport from experienced HVAC technical and operations teamsCrystal Heating and Cooling has been serving the Greater St. Louis region since 1965.
