Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Writer. As a Service Writer, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our automotive service department. Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in scheduling appointments for vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document their vehicle issues
- Provide accurate estimates for automotive repairs and services
- Coordinate with mechanics to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicles and any additional repairs or services needed
- Handle cash transactions, including collecting payments from customers
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, repairs, and services performed
- Assist in maintaining inventory of automotive parts and supplies

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Service Writer or in a similar customer service role within the automotive industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for recordkeeping purposes
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Shopware CRM experience a plus
