Conduct routine and advanced laboratory tests including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and others in accordance with established protocols.

Evaluate test outcomes for precision, address discrepancies, and perform necessary maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.

Support specimen collection and prepare samples for testing when necessary.

Keep thorough documentation of all procedures, mentor new team members, and uphold the highest standards of laboratory quality.

Ensure a clean and safe work environment, complying with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, plus ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be acquired within one year of employment.

Ongoing maintenance of certification throughout your tenure is required.

Strong verbal and written communication skills to foster effective teamwork within healthcare settings.
