Housewide RN Nursing Supervisor

Employment Type and Schedule Full time – 12‑hour night shift evenings of 7:00p.m. to 7:30a.m. The shift runs on Fridays and Saturdays every other weekend. Responsibilities Frontline, department‑based direct or indirect healthcare department or program support. Formally or informally supervise daily or house functions of charge nurses, professional and frontline staff (multidisciplinary team) of the assigned department. May or may not have direct report relationships. Accountable for staff coordination, scheduling, assignment or throughput. Participate in and contribute to the performance management and review process. Contribute to daily performance, regulatory compliance and drive results for the team within the assigned department. Implement departmental plans and priorities identified by accountable nurse leaders. Minimum Qualifications Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment. Baccalaureate of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited school of nursing preferred.
