Seeking a dynamic Temporary Bilingual Recruiter for the staffing industry, the full-time remote position will focus on high-volume recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to meet staffing goals while engaging with the community and utilizing various platforms for outreach. Key responsibilities: Develop creative sourcing plans and write effective job postings to attract candidates Screen, interview, and recommend candidates for various job assignments Maintain an active pipeline of candidates and leverage data to meet staffing goals Required qualifications: 1+ years of staffing or recruiting experience in a high-volume environment Proven experience in a diverse recruiting process Strong customer service skills and ability to handle stressful situations Experience with Microsoft Office products and various recruitment platforms Community volunteering or social outreach experience
