Job Title: Electronics Solder Assembler
Location: Austin TX
Pay Range: $ 22.42
Shift: 4/10 schedule on 1st Shift (5:30am-4:00pm, Mon-Thurs)

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Assembles, disassembles, and modifies various production subassemblies by following work plans.
• Inspects results to ensure conformance
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic computer skills, including using software for MRP and data collection.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of related work experience
• U.S. Citizenship is required due to DOD Project ITAR regulations
• Ability and willing to become solder certified
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and drawings.
• Prior Soldering experience
• Computer literacy, and familiarity with Microsoft suit of products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong work ethic, and a desire to be part of a successful working team.
• Effective communication and teamwork

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experienced in Electronic Assembly 3+ years
• IPC-610/620 Certifications
