Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Overtime: Available occasionally
Pay: $20-$23/hr We are hiring a dependable Maintenance Technician to support daily upkeep and operations at a busy community center in Mesa, AZ. This role is responsible for general maintenance, basic repairs, and outdoor upkeep to ensure the facility remains clean, safe, and well maintained.

Pay: $20-$23/hr We are hiring a dependable Maintenance Technician to support daily upkeep and operations at a busy community center in Mesa, AZ. This role is responsible for general maintenance, basic repairs, and outdoor upkeep to ensure the facility remains clean, safe, and well maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general building maintenance and facility support
- Complete work orders and routine repairs as assigned
- Assist with groundskeeping/landscape upkeep (light landscaping, outdoor clean-up, etc.)
- Support facility turns (room/event area set-up, break-down, and reset)
- Use and maintain hand tools and basic maintenance equipment
- Keep work areas clean and follow safety guidelines
- Prior maintenance, facilities, or general labor experience preferred
- Comfortable performing both indoor and outdoor work
- Ability to use basic hand tools (drills, wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.)
- Strong attendance, reliability, and ability to work independently
- Able to lift, carry, and perform physical tasks as needed
