Senior Sustainment Project Manager - Federal Electronic Health Record (EHR)

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Sustainment Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of sustainment activities for a large-scale Federal Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementation. This role is responsible for ensuring the successful transition from deployment to steady-state operations while driving operational excellence, stakeholder satisfaction, and continuous service improvement. What You Will Do Lead sustainment initiatives, manage multiple concurrent workstreams, develop and maintain integrated project plans, and serve as the primary interface between government clients and implementation partners.
