Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Performing thorough patient evaluations, requesting diagnostic tests, and developing tailored care plans
• Diagnosing and addressing acute, chronic, or episodic health issues, collaborating with physicians or practicing autonomously as appropriate
• Providing education to patients and their families regarding wellness, preventive care, and disease management

Essential Education Credentials

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Necessary Certifications

• Valid Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Utah
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or equivalent specialization
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or capability to secure within 90 days)
