Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat, ensuring a safe and ethical therapeutic space for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• You must be fully licensed to practice independently without supervision, holding one of the following licenses:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• No limited or provisional licenses, and no previous disciplinary actions are accepted.

• Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal skills, a high degree of empathy, and a supportive demeanor.

• Strong proficiency in computer systems, allowing for effective management of client documentation and treatment records.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with clients encountering a range of mental health issues is preferred but not mandatory.
