Key Responsibilities

As Executive Chef, you will:

Lead all culinary operations with creativity, precision, and passion
Mentor and develop a talented kitchen team
Maintain rigorous standards for food quality, safety, and consistency
Collaborate on seasonal menu development to drive guest excitement and loyalty
Manage back-of-house operations, including inventory control and food cost management

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years as an Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager in an upscale casual or fine dining restaurant with annual sales of $5M+
Demonstrated leadership ability with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams
Comprehensive knowledge of back-of-house operations, including inventory management, food safety protocols, and kitchen systems
Strong communication and organizational skills
Availability to work 10-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays
Current ServSafe Certification
Current Allergy Certification
