Automotive Parts Advisor / Parts Counter Sales / Auto Parts Specialist
Mid-Hudson Subaru, a premier dealership within the VIP Automotive Group, is actively seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Advisor / Parts Counterperson / Parts Sales Specialist to join our high-performing parts department.
If you have dealership parts experience, strong customer service skills, and knowledge of OEM or aftermarket parts, this is your chance to advance your automotive career with a respected dealer group.

Assist service technicians, retail, and wholesale customers with parts requests Identify and source OEM and aftermarket automotive parts Process parts orders, invoices, and transactions accurately Manage special orders, backorders, and customer follow-ups Handle cores, returns, and warranty parts claims Maintain strong phone and in-person customer service Cross-sell accessories and additional parts for increased sales Assist with inventory control, stocking, and organization Maintain a clean and efficient parts department Participate in manufacturer training and product updates
Prior automotive parts or dealership parts experience (REQUIRED) Knowledge of parts catalogs, inventory systems, and ordering processes Strong communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented with strong organization skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Weekend availability (Saturday rotation required)
