Manager, Accounting (Hybrid) Are you a forward‑thinking analytical talent who thrives on being a key contributor in a high‑energy financial services organization? Our accountants master accounting principles with a flawless understanding of the full end‑to‑end accounting process. As an Accounting Manager on the Card Controllers project team, you will be surrounded by intellectually curious professionals every day, all with the same goal of creating a seamless, well‑managed experience for our accounting stakeholders. Responsibilities Lead moderate to large complex initiatives by providing direction to partners, peers, and direct reports. Lead a highly dynamic and cross‑functional team. Understand customer expectations, current gaps and technical constraints; drive requirements and partner with line‑of‑business and finance teams. Ensure effective performance and on‑time delivery of all tasks. Develop and train associates; mentor within the Controller’s organization. Interact and communicate with key stakeholders at all levels to manage, inform and influence outcomes. Multitask and prioritize diverse tasks. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or military experience. At least 5 years of experience in accounting, audit, or finance, or a combination. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of banking or finance industry experience. 7+ years of experience in accounting, audit, or finance, or a combination. Data analysis experience (Tableau, Python, SQL or a combination). Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and reconciliation system experience. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license. Project Management Professional (PMP), or Lean or Agile Certifications (Product Owner, Agile Project Management, or SAFe Scaled Agilist).
