Founding Proposal Manager - Defense & Aerospace

Leonid Group Ltd is seeking a mid-to-senior proposal manager to establish and run a comprehensive proposals function. This role includes coordinating all proposal activity across engineering and commercial stakeholders, ensuring high-quality and timely submissions. Candidates should have experience in U.S. defense contracting and be comfortable with proposal management processes.
