Collections Specialist

International law firm is looking to hire a Collections Coordinator for their midtown Manhattan office.

The ideal candidate is a dependable and determined professional with:

• 3+ years of collections and accounts receivable experience
• Large law firm experience, strongly preferred
• Financial systems software proficiency
• Stellar organizational and interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage collections efforts for past-due and disputed client invoices in a professional and diplomatic manner
• Develop relationships with Attorneys to strategize on collections efforts for each account
• Maintain documentation of status updates
• Assist with additional tasks, as needed

Additional information:

• Salary: $80K - $120K commensurate with experience plus benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability and 401K
• Hybrid schedule
