Job Summary Manages personnel employment status, benefits, personnel files, and credentials. Responsibilities Provides clerical support to Agency administrative and field staff. Maintains inventory of office supplies and medical supplies. Manages the application and hiring process of new employees. Prepares candidates for orientation and training. Maintains personnel files in accordance with all applicable state, federal, policy, and accreditation requirements. Responsible for tracking expiring credentials and other ongoing compliance requirements, such as completion of in-services for all employees. Manages benefits of all employees where applicable. Performs job in compliance with agency policies, procedures, and standards, including client/employee confidentiality. Communicates necessary information to Agency administrative staff to ensure coordination of Agency services and activities. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed. Maintains schedule for services requested and provided to Agency clients. Continually recruits qualified field staff to meet the needs of the Agency using various recruitment platforms and methodologies. Maintains record of key performance indicators such as recruitment activity and conversion-to-hire rates. Conducts phone and in-person interviews with candidates for hire. In absence of Payroll & Billing Specialists, verifies and reconciles completed shifts for billing and payroll purposes. Qualifications High school diploma. Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred, but training is offered. Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English. Demonstrated strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to type at least 50 words per minute and familiarity with basic computer programs.
