Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT)

LOCATION: Helena, MT

JOB TYPE: Full-Time Permanent

A growing outpatient physical therapy practice is looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist who is passionate about delivering individualized care and helping patients reach their goals.

This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced clinicians in an environment focused on collaboration, mentorship, and high-quality patient care. Providers are encouraged to utilize a variety of treatment techniques while building long-term relationships with patients and the local community.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions and develop personalized treatment plans designed around functional goals
• Implement therapeutic programs to restore mobility, reduce discomfort, and improve quality of life
• Apply hands-on treatment techniques and rehabilitation strategies appropriate for individual patient needs
• Monitor treatment effectiveness and update care plans as necessary
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and patient progress accurately
• Educate patients on recovery strategies and home exercise programs
• Work closely with team members to deliver coordinated patient care
• Stay current with evolving rehabilitation practices and treatment methods

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) required
• Active or eligible Physical Therapy licensure in Montana
• Knowledge of rehabilitation principles, physiology, anatomy, and movement science
• Experience treating orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions preferred
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse patient population
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Outpatient clinic experience is a plus
