Physical Therapist
We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join a well-established, 100% outpatient private practice in Helena, Montana. This clinic has been serving the community for 10+ years, is PT-owned, and continues to grow—creating the need to add another clinician to the team.
This is a one-on-one patient care model with strong mentorship, generous benefits, and a culture that prioritizes clinical excellence and work-life balance. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive compensation (discussed during interview process)

- Up to $10,000 over 5 years , paid in annual increments

Schedule
- Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:40 PM
- 40 hours per week
- Alternating early and late shifts

Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Clear and active Montana Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain)
- Open to new graduates
- Passion for outpatient orthopedic care and patient-centered treatment
