Licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Service Specialist

• Must have active Property and Casualty License.

About the Role:

Join a fast‑growing, tech‑first business insurance provider that’s redefining how small businesses get coverage. This is a true inbound customer

service role. You’ll support existing customers and respond to inbound inquiries from small business owners who have applied online or are calling for assistance. If you enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and working in collaborative, growth‑oriented environment, this role is for you.

Location: Onsite in Omaha, NE

Pay: $21.47/hr plus commission opportunities

Start Date: July 6th

Duration: 4‑month contract‑to‑hire

What You’ll Do:

• Provide prompt, professional support with a focus on one‑call resolution.
• Handle inbound calls and follow up on online applications.
• Assist customers with policy questions related to coverage, billing, and general clarification.
• Accurately document interactions and enter inbound leads in a timely manner.
• Navigate multiple systems while multitasking between calls, documentation, and follow‑ups.
• Contribute to a team‑focused culture centered on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

 

What We’re Looking For:

Required:

• Customer service or call center experience.
• Insurance customer service or sale experience.
• Comfort handling inbound calls and working across multiple systems.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Active insurance license: General or Commercial Lines Property and Casualty

Preferred:

• Associate’s Dgree or Higher

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.47 - $21.47/hr.
