The firm actively partners with portfolio company leadership and leverages its network to amplify market expansion.GEC is hiring an Associate to join its growing investment team. The Associate will work directly with senior investment professionals to originate, execute, and manage new investments.Responsibilities:- Contributing to development of new investment themes- Active participation in new business development and transaction sourcing- Initial review and screening of investment opportunities- Financial analysis and modeling for prospective investments- Due diligence coordination and execution- Portfolio company monitoring and management support- Participation in fund-level operational workstreamsRequirements:- Experience in private equity, investment banking, or a related financial role- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills- Understanding of energy technology, software, or industrial sectors preferred- Excellent communication and presentation abilities- Collaborative and entrepreneurial mindsetStart Date: ImmediateLocation: Houston, TXApply for this Position
