Associate Attorney - Family Law

Role Description The associate will manage a family law caseload including divorce, modification, custody, support, and related domestic relations matters. Day-to-day responsibilities include case assessment, legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, conducting discovery, and preparing for and attending hearings and trials. The role involves negotiating settlements, participating in depositions, collaborating with colleagues across practice areas as needed, and maintaining clear, timely communication with clients. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active license to practice in Massachusetts (New Hampshire admission is a plus). 3–5 years of experience in family law. Ability to analyze complex legal Issues and develop effective case strategies. Experience drafting and arguing motions in family law and related proceedings. Competence in preparing for and conducting depositions, and managing discovery. Excellent written and oral advocacy skills, negotiation abilities, and attention to detail.
