I am working on behalf of an Independent locally owned and operated Medicare-certified Home Health agency. They have a proven process, and something unique that no other provider is offering, differentiating themselves from competitors in the Market. They are looking to hire an Account Executive to expand their presence in North Dallas and the Mid-Cities region. The Company: Established and respected in the Dallas area Initiative and forward thinking Strategic expansion plans for 2026 The Role: Build strong referral relationships with physicians, discharge planners, case managers, ALFs, SNFs, and hospitals in the North Dallas or Mid-Cities area Identify new business opportunities and markets to increase patient census Be the face of the brand within the local community and healthcare network Leverage company reputation and tools to open and close referral partnerships Work autonomously while being supported by a clinical and operational leadership team Experience in Home Health, Home Care or Hospice marketing/sales Strong existing relationships in the North Dallas or Mid-Cities healthcare community Proven track record of consistently bringing in referrals and hitting/exceeding targets Confident communicator and relationship builder Self-driven, resilient, and compassionate Uncapped commission structure – no ceiling on earnings Join a provider with a strong clinical foundation and local autonomy Long-term career growth as the company continues to expand Supportive, mission-led culture with a focus on patient dignity and quality of life If you are interested in hearing more about this vacancy, please contact Jalees Daniel on View phone number on click.appcast.io or View email address on click.appcast.io . #J-18808-Ljbffr Domus Search
