Overview Registered Nurse – Dialysis Location: Burlington, Vermont, United States Start date: 06/15/2026 Contract length: 4 weeks Shift: 5x8 Days (with schedule flexibility to 8/9/10/12-hour shifts as needed) Weekly pay: 2,275 to 2,484 per week Employment type: Travel – Temporary Assignment Setting: Outpatient dialysis in a hospital setting This travel RN role supports ESRD patient care in outpatient dialysis units within a hospital environment. The licensed nurse on file at submission will provide care across multiple locations as needed, with a flexible schedule and Saturday requirements. The assignment requires strong collaboration with the nephrology team and comfort working in an ambulatory dialysis setting. Key Highlights

• Travel assignment in an outpatient dialysis setting; includes floating to

additional sites as needed Responsibilities - Provide direct patient care during hemodialysis sessions for ESRD patients, including monitoring vital signs, fluid status, and treatment tolerance - Administer prescribed medications and manage anticoagulation per protocol; escalate clinical concerns to the nephrology team - Document care, treatments, and outcomes in the EPIC EMR with timely, accurate data entry - Monitor dialysis equipment and parameters, ensuring safety, infection control, and device readiness; respond to alarms and abnormalities per policy - Educate patients on dialysis procedures, vascular access care, diet, and fluid management; reinforce safety and infection prevention practices - Float to additional sites (St. Albans and Berlin) as needed; coordinate weekend and Saturday coverage while adhering to no on-call requirements Requirements

• Active RN license on file at time of submission
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience; at least 1 year of outpatient dialysis

experience

• EPIC EMR experience within the past 2 years
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work in outpatient dialysis and ESRD care; willing to float to

satellite locations; flexible scheduling including weekends - Reliable transportation; public transit not available in the area; winter driving readiness recommended Benefits and Support
