• Develop recurring analytics, performance assessments, and recommendations that measure fraud-control effectiveness, authentication performance, fraud trends, and operational outcomes.
• Evaluate authentication strategies, fraud-detection rules, and contact-center fraud controls through data-driven analysis to identify performance gaps and optimization opportunities.
• Support testing, implementation reviews, and post-implementation assessments of fraud-control enhancements, rule changes, and decisioning strategies.
• Develop presentations, analytical summaries, and supporting materials for leadership discussions and monthly business reviews (MBRs), translating complex findings into actionable insights.
