Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Product Owner / Technical Business Analyst with Appian expertise for a top telecommunications client supporting merger integration and business transformation initiatives. This individual will act as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are properly gathered, documented, and translated into scalable Appian workflow solutions. The ideal candidate possesses a strong combination of business analysis, product ownership, process optimization, and data analysis expertise, with hands-on knowledge of the Appian platform. Responsibilities include driving stakeholder engagement, managing backlogs, facilitating Agile ceremonies, analyzing data and workflows, supporting testing efforts, and identifying opportunities to improve business processes through automation and low-code solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact enterprise initiatives while collaborating across operations, Salesforce, data engineering, and development teams in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and Requirements

7+ years Product Owner or Technical Business Analyst experience

Hands-on Appian platform experience (workflows, process modeling, low-code solutions)

Requirements gathering, documentation, and user story creation

Workflow analysis, process improvement, and BPM experience

Data mapping, data flows, and SQL/data analysis knowledge

Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication

Agile/Scrum experience with backlog management and prioritization Appian Certification (Business Analyst or Associate Developer)

Telecommunications industry experience

Salesforce and API integration experience

Enterprise software implementation or merger/integration project experience

ETL, data modeling, or data warehousing experience

Process automation and operational optimization background
