Operations ManagerRequired Skills & Experience6+ years of experience as an Operations ManagerIndustry experience in Technology or SaaSProfessional Services Operations experience is a MUST (Delivery Operations, PMO, Resource Management, Consulting Operations, Services Delivery Operations)Experience implementing governance frameworks, operating models, and business review cadences.Demonstrated success leading process redesign and organizational change initiatives.Strong analytical and business operations background with the ability to translate data into action.Experience working with enterprise operational platforms such as Salesforce, Kantata, ERP systems, PSA platforms, or similar tools.Nice to Have Skills & ExperienceBackground managing blended delivery models including internal resources, subcontractors, and consulting partners.Experience with AI-enabled productivity tools, automation initiatives, copilots, agents, or workflow optimization solutions.Strong understanding of professional services financial metrics including utilization, project health, and workforce planning.Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support the Professional Services organization of a leading Identity and Access Management software company. This role is ideal for a process savvy individual who thrives in complex, cross-functional environments and enjoys building structure, governance, and operating rigor at scale.The Operations Manager will serve as a key back end execution for delivery excellence across Professional Services, owning governance frameworks, PMO standards, workforce utilization processes, partner oversight, and operational transformation initiatives. This individual will need to be able to influence senior stakeholders across delivery, operations, finance, and leadership teams to improve organizational effectiveness without direct people management responsibilities.This position will pay between $38-45/hr.
