We are looking for motivated and driven In-Home Bath Design Consultants to join our growing sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident sales professional who enjoys working with homeowners and wants unlimited earning potential.

About the Role

As an In-Home Bath Design Consultant , you will meet with pre-qualified homeowners who are interested in remodeling their bathrooms. You will guide customers through the design process, recommend customized solutions, present options, and close sales.

We provide the tools, training, and support you need to succeed.

No cold calling required — all appointments are provided by our dedicated marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners during scheduled in-home appointments.
• Conduct professional bathroom design consultations.
• Learn customer needs and recommend the best remodeling solutions.
• Present product options, pricing, and financing solutions.
• Build trust and create a positive customer experience.
• Close sales during the consultation process.
• Maintain accurate customer information and update lead statuses in the CRM system.
• Follow company sales processes and procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred; home improvement, remodeling, windows, roofing, siding, flooring, HVAC, solar, or automotive sales experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
• Confident personality with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Willingness to learn and participate in our fully paid training program.
