Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time position offers 35 hours per week, working with a diverse caseload that includes language-based needs, speech disorders, and autism spectrum challenges. You'll make a lasting difference across two welcoming school sites, both located conveniently close to each other. Candidates with SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, school-based SLP, or SLPA backgrounds are encouraged to apply, as multiple experience levels will be considered.

What You'll Bring:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field (or SLPA credentials)
• South Carolina licensure (or eligible to obtain) for SLP or SLPA
• Strong clinical skills serving elementary and middle school-aged children
• Experience working with language, speech, and autism caseloads preferred
• Collaborative approach to working with multidisciplinary school teams
• Commitment to fostering communication skills and social development
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for K-8 students with speech/language and communication needs
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop IEPs tailored to student goals
• Travel between two closely located school sites as needed
• Document student progress, maintain records, and communicate evaluation results
• Deliver both individualized and group therapy sessions, adapting to varying student needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and support compliance with special education regulations
