Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP license in South Carolina (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
• Experience providing speech therapy services to elementary school students is highly valued
• Strong assessment, intervention planning, and progress monitoring skills
• Effective communication abilities with students, teachers, families, and other professionals
• Comfortable using digital platforms for documentation and virtual services (if hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and diagnosis of speech, language, and communication disorders within an elementary school population
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
• Provide targeted individual and group therapy to address speech-language goals
• Monitor and document student outcomes, adjusting therapy strategies as needed
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, counselors, and other staff to integrate speech-language services into the school environment
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and district policies related to speech-language services
