This temporary role offers a chance to work within a dynamic HR environment and handle a variety of employee relations matters. Day-to-day Of The Role Manage a caseload of employee relations issues including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance matters. Provide expert advice and guidance to managers across the organisation. Support investigations, hearings, and appeals to ensure fair and consistent handling of all cases. Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and align with current employment law. Assist with HR project work and organisational change initiatives. Maintain accurate documentation and case records for all employee relations activities. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in an Employee Relations Advisor role or similar within HR. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices. Excellent communication skills with adept stakeholder management abilities. Ability to manage a busy caseload and prioritise effectively under pressure. CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential. Availability to start immediately or at short notice.
