Are you an energetic, positive hard worker who loves to be outdoors? Our well established and busy Property Management/Real Estate company is looking for a general laborer/maintenance worker to join our team.

Job duties will include but are not limited to:

*Clearing trash out of vacant rental properties

*Hauling away debris and garbage

*Landscape clean-up and other landscape projects

*Gutters and roof cleaning

*Pressure washing

*Fencing/gates

*Assist company maintenance department with various jobs

*Able to reach, bend, lift up to 50 lbs as needed

*Painting experience a plus

 

Candidate must be self-reliant, able to follow directions, and have a valid driver's license. Must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a background check.
