Transportation Specialist

We are currently looking for a Full Time Transportation Specialist to join our Violence Prevention Services Program Team A team located at the Family Preservation Services.
Summary:Transports Chickasaw citizens and other First Americans in Residential Services Division facilities to and from appointments, meetings, placements, and activities within the Chickasaw Nation with an emphasis in and around the assigned area. Responsibilities:
* Maintains schedule to establish time and mileage as best possible
* Properly cares for vehicle and it's component parts as prescribed by the company to maximize wear and to extend its useful life
* Inspects each vehicle weekly using the correct procedure and completes the trip inspection form, check safety equipment
* Keeps vehicle clean and orderly with daily cleaning after each trip as well as checks for lost items
* Fuels vehicle, checks and adds fluid when needed in accordance with Chickasaw Nation standards
* Attends all required in-service training, school, required meetings and training as well as any other required meetings
* Transports Chickasaw citizens and other First Americans to and from appointments, meetings, and activities as needed
* May transport items within the Chickasaw Nation with an emphasis in and around assigned area
* Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
* Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
* Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types
- Maintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environment

- Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics
- Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards
