Scheduling Specialist II

We are currently looking for a Full Time Scheduling Specialist II to join our Transportation Services Scheduling team located at the Transportation Ada working 8:00AM-5:00PM - Mo Tu We Th Fr.

Summary:

Schedules and dispatches appointments, medication pick-ups and deliveries for all transportation specialists within the service area.

Responsibilities:
* Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
* Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
* Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types
- Maintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environment
- Maintains and promotes professionalism
- Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics
- Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards
* Maintains knowledge of and follows all rules, regulations, policies and guidelines for assigned area
* Creates schedules, tracks transports, reports incidents
* Answers customer inquiries, de-escalation of complaints, maintains good stewardship of resources through maximum efficiency and cost effectiveness
* Operates a high demand call volume on multi-line telephones, directs calls or answers questions in a timely and courteous manner, assists with interoffice coordination
* Assists transportation specialists with completion of forms such as incident reports, communicating policies, procedures, memos, announcements as directed
* Assists with timekeeping in the time management system as needed
* Performs general clerical/administrative support to include but not limited to photocopying, faxing documents, filing, receive, distribution of departmental and company e-mails, prepare and distribute mail, composition and preparation of routine correspondence, drafts narratives, financial, and statistical reports and presentations using computer software applications based on the needs of the department and/or facility
* Performs all other duties as assigned

* Ability to remain calm under stress
* Able to verbally communicate in a professional and positive manner with other team members, departments, guests and management

* 3 years directly related experience

Education:

* High School, GED or Equivalent

* Standard Driver's License
