responsibilities:

• Manage scientific operations and logistics for external CRO partnerships and research collaborations.
• Oversee domestic and international shipments, including customs compliance and tracking for research materials.
• Track project budgets, generate POs, monitor spending trends, and report financial metrics.
• Collect and analyze operational KPIs regarding shipping cycle times, productivity, and vendor performance.
• Maintain comprehensive research documentation and support continuous process improvement initiatives.

 
qualifications:
Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Organic Chemistry, or related scientific field.
• Strong knowledge of scientific terminology, chemical compounds, and biological materials.
• High proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and analytical problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in Biotech, Pharma, or CRO environments supporting research administration or logistics.
• Familiarity with international shipping regulations for scientific samples and data tools like Spotfire.
