Medical Simulation Instructor & Paramedic Trainer

Phoenix Defense LLC seeks an experienced Instructor/Operator (I/O) to provide medical simulation training within the MSTC framework. The role involves teaching Soldiers across EMT, 68W Sustainment, and NREMT levels in classroom and field environments. You will use realistic moulage, simulations, and high-fidelity scenarios to assess critical thinking and psychomotor skills, adhering to Army medical doctrine and PMCS routines.
