Hiring: Entry- Level Production Associates

Lancaster County, PA | 1st & 2nd Shift Available | Full-Time |

Weekly Pay | Immediate Openings

Pay range $15-$18/ hr

Allegiance Staffing is hiring dependable Production Associates for multiple manufacturing and production facilities throughout Lancaster County. We have immediate openings on 1st and 2nd shift for candidates looking for long-term opportunities with room to grow.

Whether you have experience in packaging, stacking, production, assembly, or general manufacturing, we'd love to speak with you!

What You'll Do

Package finished products for shipment
Stack boxes and finished goods onto pallets
Inspect products and packaging for quality
Label, sort, and prepare products for distribution
Keep work areas clean and organized
Follow food safety, GMP, and safety procedures
Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

What We're Looking For

6 months production, manufacturing, warehouse, or packaging experience
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to follow all GMP policies
HS diploma or GED
