Senior Territory Account Manager - San Jose, CA - Johnson & Johnson MedTech - Vision Care

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Territory Account Manager for its San Jose vision care territory. The role involves selling ACUVUE® contact lenses to eye care professionals, managing customer relationships, and developing new business through consultative selling and product expertise.
Responsibilities
- Sell ACUVUE® contact lens products to established customers and develop new prospects in assigned territory
- Understand customer strategic priorities, business operations, and end-user needs to position tailored solutions
- Communicate product differentiation and clinical/financial value propositions in compliant manner
- Maintain customer records, inventory tracking, and activity reporting across all sales phases
- Participate in sales training, field development, and pre-call planning to drive consistent customer engagement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree minimum
- Two years business-to-business or medical sales experience
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Ability to travel overnight and weekends as needed
- Strong interpersonal and consultative selling skills
- Knowledge of sales principles and applications
- Residence in or near San Jose, California geography
